"As you'll read from other reviews on this site, this company does not have a proper inventory management system, and does a poor job of keeping their customers apprised of their order status. I've received half of my order from 8/17 so far, and even though they charged me for the entire order on 8/21, I'm still waiting to receive one of the three items that I ordered (as of 9/10). I have made repeated attempts at communicating with multiple people there, and if they *do* respond, they indicate that they are out stock and are waiting to receive the product from the manufacturer before they can ship it to me, most of the time with anticipated dates that come and go without any further updates from them. Buyer beware with this company. The most frustrating thing about this experience for me has been, even though the cost was better than anywhere else I could find, by still not having the shoes, I am unable to ride my new bike and get properly fitted for it until I receive these shoes. I will have to bite the bullet now, order from somewhere more reliable, and do everything I can to get a refund on the amount that they billed me for 3 weeks ago. Wish me luck."
"These guys are terrible. Located in CA but they are all from the east coast and it shows in their attitudes and personalities. They come off like used car salesman selling bikes. I bought a $4500 custom bike and on the first ride the $350 dropper post seat clamp broke. I have been trying to get a replacement for 3 weeks now and they keep giving me the same BS stories and excuses hoping I will just go away. Craig and Rob are both a couple of east coast d-bags! Do NOT give them your money! Every other major online bike shop is a better choice. "
"Absolutely my worst buying experience. Website showed tool in stock and took 5 weeks, 6 phone calls and a complaint straight to Fox to get these guys to ship me my item (Bikebling blamed Fox instead of taking ownership for their disorganization). By the way Fox is an amazing company to deal with. I filed a complaint with them about Bikebling and they called me back personally - sent me the tool that Bikebling said was unavailable (was not true) and some other goodies for my inconvenience all on their own dime - absolutely blown away with the great customer service by Fox. Only wish I could buy from Fox and not have to deal with clowns like Bikebling. Will stick with Chain Reaction, Nashbar, Amazon, Competitive Cyclist or anyone else..."

Being new to the bicycle scene, it was easy to bombard him with questions, get them answered, make a decision on a bicycle, place the order, confirmation email instantly, instructions in email on when bike would be done, how much, and how I would be contacted.
No pressure to purchase. I even said I would call back if I decide to buy, no animosity from his end at all or disappointment so I had to call back to order!"
"Well, they are nice to deal with over the phone, but a series of problems has left me without my ordered product for nearly a month. I ordered a rear shock, and did was not informed that it did not come with the appropriate coil, despite the picture which showed otherwise. I provided my bike and rider specs, (as recommended when I ordered the original shock), so they could supply the correct spring(as implied when I ordered the original shock). A week later, I got my shock, and had no spring. Called, and was nicely informed, that springs don't come with the shock, but you can order one on the website. Well, you can't order one on the website. Bikebling did not carry a spring for the coil shock I ordered, which seems like a silly oversight. I called again, and pointed that out to a service rep, who was very nice and helpful( sort of), and he looked up my shock, and then asked for my weight, then ordered a spring for me. Being the bike store representative that he was, I assumed he knew what spring was correct for my shock. I got the spring 1 week or so later, and it was the wrong spring. I had to call FOX myself, and their service guy told me the correct spring for my shock. I called bikebling back, and explained the situation, gave them the correct spring model so they could order it from FOX, and got a return label for the wrong spring. I was told that my new spring was going to be ordered and shipped asap, so when I hadn't heard anything for a week or so, I called again, and talked to a very nice lady who profusely apologized, because they hadn't actually ordered my spring, and will do so immediately. They also explained that FOX had a backlog of orders, and that they'd get my spring in a week, and ship it the same day. Well, they were supposed to ship it a week ago today, so I called today, and found out that it hadn't actually shipped, but it will today. I asked for overnight shipping, and they kindly obliged, but it has now been nearly a month from my initial order, and still no part. Throughout the entire process they have been nice, but I'd prefer competent over nice. "

I have given Bike Bling several chances. They have always let me down. The worst is when you call and get the stoner sounding guy that hasn't a clue how to begin to help. Sorry Bike Bling.
