1) Not withdrawn money from my account on a back ordered part.
2) Immediately communicated with me or at least responded in a timely fashion about the status of my order.

"I placed my first order with BikeBling and it took a little while for the item to ship, but that's because the manufacture promised them a time frame they failed to meet. BikeBling contacted me and let me know what was going one and even forwarded one of the emails from the manufacture who was apologetic about their shipping department giving BikeBling the wrong information.
Product arrived via next day air once it did ship.
My next order shipped within 2 business days which is perfectly acceptable when you realize not every online retailer has an amazon style automated shipping department. "

"Ordered a helmet that went on sale at a great price, paid for expedited shipping. Received notice that there would be a delay in shipping because something having to do with their warehouse, even though they have the item in stock. Finally received an email yesterday that it had shipped and will receive the helmet almost 2 weeks after I ordered it. They are in Southern California, I'm in Northern California. Any way you cut it, that is incredibly slow. Ok communication via emails though, and the guy I talked to on the phone was nice when I asked them to rebate the shipping cost. Anytime I order anything from Bike Tires Direct in Portland, I always have it within 2 days, using standard shipping."

"Time to update my post from five stars to one star. It turns out the positive things I said before were bogus. They didn't make the modifications to my bike that they said they would. They sent me the wrong size bike. No apologies. Then I had to take pictures of the bike and send it to them because they didn't believe me. Next they put me in charge of repacking the original bike for them and returning. No thank you or compensation offered for my wasted time.Also it is tough to get ahold of them. Oh yeah, and they are snobs. My bike is great though, I just wish I would have bought it elsewhere. I will leave my original post below because it is funny.
I bought a bike from Kerry today. Great customer service and a great price on my QR PRsix. I highly recommend this company. They have no problem shipping to HI and they are even making some free modifications to the standard set that I ordered. I will update my post if there are any issues with shipping but based on the quality of the customer service I have seen so far I'm willing to bet that everything will turn out great. "I ordered a 2015 helmet on clearance sale at a great price. It turned out the helmet was sold out. I understand that websites aren't always updated instantly when an item is sold out. Craig at Bikebling contacted me the next day with the news. I expected a refund but they offered to let me pick a 2016 model for the same price as the clearance item. Granted it is their problem for having clearance items advertised that are sold out but I thought this was truly excellent customer service. This was my first order with Bikebling and won't be the last. I've shopped with several of the other major online bike/bike component/apparel shops and they all have pretty good customer service but between the prices and customer service I'm very impressed."
