Good prices, but nothing in stock

"Update - had to go to one star, in spite of good prices. Nothing is in stock! Takes weeks to get order filled. Took two weeks to fill an order BB said had in stock. One item was back ordered. Understand that. But when it came in, BB had the infamous "computer problems". If you can find at another online retailer, or LBS will match price, avoid the delay. BB , you need drop shipping capabilities, or dont even bother to offer expedited shipping! Customer service is good. They will respond if only to say "sorry, that's the way we work". But 2 weeks on parts they initially said they had in stock. Really? "

"I recently came in to order a set new set of pedals. As always bikebling has a great selection of products available, however they did not have the exact ones I was looking for. With that said they were able to order the ones I wanted and have them shipped to the store for me to pick up. In addition to that they offered me an additional discount on the items, which is always great!"

"I ordered a pair of bike tights from them over a month ago. When I received it I discovered that it didn't have a chamois like advertised, so I sent it back. I had needed it for a bike ride that weekend but since a replacement item will not arrive before the weekend, I just asked to return and get my money back. They send me the wrong USPS label (addressed to me). I didn't notice and pasted it on the package, so of course the package comes back to me again. Then I request another label and eventually they send me another one and I return the tights. Well, fast forward 2 weeks later and I get another package in the mail. It is the same pair of tights! So I email them again about the error and they eventually get me another USPS label. This time I checked the return label and it was addressed correctly. However, yours truly managed to drop off the package in a UPS dropoff box instead of a USPS mailbox! Now UPS can't find the package, USPS has no record of receiving the package, and bikebling.com decided to refund me the $60 anyway.

I didn't like how many errors there were with delivering my order, but I appreciate their effort to make up for it and them being understanding of my error.

"Ordered a product.. was sent the wrong product. Called about the mix-up and was promised a follow up e-mail with a return postage to return product... did not receive e-mail.. Had to return another call the next day to ask why? Not happy with the quality and level of customer service. I also feel that Bikebling.com overcharges for shipping. My order went USPS flat rate priority mail. Bikebling.com charged $17.90 to ship a very small item. The actual USPS cost is $5.70 ( I calculated postage online). In a very competitive online market.. I can't see this shop thriving with these sort of practices and issues. "

"My experience here was very very good. They treated me with respect when I called to verify my order and they made sure I got the item. I had to get two separate orders because one was not in stock at the time of purchase so they just fast tracked the order and they shipped it in two shipments"

"Have transacted with Bikebling for about 5-7 times and had really great service. At times where items went out of stock they had been proactive in contacting me and when really needed splitting up shipment of orders into multiple at their own cost.

When at the storefront, the guys there were really good with feedback leading to best value component choices.

"Great Prices and outstanding customer service! My order was backordered by a couple of days and an actual human being called to let me know of the delay! Awesome customer service! Prices are really good too especially when you factor in the free shipping! I called before I ordered with a technical question. Rather than some phone rep with a computer the gentleman went a looked at the helmet to confirm he was providing me with accurate information!

I order a lot of bike stuff and I plan on ordering everything I can from BikeBling.com going forward.

"Discovered the bikebling.com website while looking for some new mountain biking gear for a new bike. Easy to find the quality gear that I wanted and great prices too. "Ordered 5 Halo1-TieVersion headbands. The product was exactly as advertised and described. My only negative feedback is in order processing. "First, I want to say I live 2 miles from the store and buy stuff here frequently in person. When you go into the store it is well stocked and everyone tries to be helpful. However, when all other online vendors can get orders processed within a few minutes and out the door so you can have it delivered in a couple of days. Apparently BikeBling has a different idea. Once they receives the email it's given to an actual roadrunner service that takes it directly to Fred Flintstone. Fred actually peddles his stone age car across two states before he jumps out and looks for it in the AmazonAge Warehouse to see if it is there. Assuming he can find it, he immediately tracks down Barney Rubble on his UPS Truckasoris to get the part to the store. .....complete silence as we wait for the Ice Age...OK now that is over, hopefully I'll get a call if Barney isn't eaten alive by T-Rex."
