"I ordered a Brooks saddle online & the ordering/checkout was quite easy & fast. I got an email almost immediately thanking me for my order & was informed that it was being processed & would receive an additional with shipment tracking info. A couple days went by & I hadn't received anything so I sent another requesting an update & got no reply. Waited another day & submitted another email requesting the same & later that day, I got a reply saying that my order was still being processed but would ship within two days. The next day I finally got updated status with tracking info & the saddle arrived on the date specified. All in all, the experience with BikeBling was okay but only gave 4 stars due to slow processing & poor communication. I will probably try ordering something from them again to see if anything improves as they really do have competitive prices for online purchases."
"Order sat for 10 days without any communication - until I called. They said they were out of stock but had one waiting in another order. They sent that item quickly. The box was for the item I ordered, however the contents of the box was from a previous model (the same model I was trying to replace). Promised to ship a replacement right away until I asked them to check the stock - oops - still not available.
Two stars because customer service was easy to contact on the phone and was very responsive to my complaints once I initiated contact. "
"Be careful with purchases from a reseller. I purchased a Niner RDO 3 over the summer from Bike Bling and currently are experiencing a frustrating issue with fork axle warranty issues. It appears the Maxle thru axle has a issue with the lever breaking. I can not get any response toward warranty repair from any party regarding a simple axle replacement. Buyers beware"
"Hello, this review is for a 2013 purchased of a Specialized hybrid bike. I came in and Bo, a friendly employee listened to my needs and chose a great bike for me.
I told him I needed a light but strong bike. Something fast, but also with traction that can survive the potholes of SD.
It's now 4 years later and I am still riding strong. I've been back to Bike Bling for accessories. Top quality merchandise and customer service. "

"After a bit of apprehension due to previous reviews, decided to order from Bike Bling because the price was too good to pass up. After not receiving shipping info for about 2 days I called and spoke to an employee (on Thursday) and let him know that the items were needed by COB the following Thursday for an upcoming trip. Employee stated that the item(s) would need to be ordered from the Rep and that they would arrive on Thursday. Items arrived a day earlier than promised. Although a bit slow, everything arrived when needed and just as ordered. As long as the items are not time sensitive, I will order again due to the price and free shipping. "

The reason is that when I called regarding my (incorrectly marked) backorder item, I got a prompt followup call after BikeBling had contacted the vendor and resolved the issue. "I ordered 2 mud guards and a bike light back on 7/27. After a few days of no updates I explained that I needed the items for an upcoming trip. The response I got was great, the light had been discontinued and they'd upgrade me and send out the new one right away. Well...none of this happened and I didn't have what I needed for my trip. My products are scheduled to arrive today, after 15 days of waiting. I was told I would receive a refund due to the terrible service. I haven't received that and I'm guessing I won't. My tip to prospective customers would be to AVOID BIKE BLING like the plague."
