"In October, 2022 I ordered 4 double cellular shades for our home. They installed easily and I was looking forward to their insulation qualities going into winter. We also had new windows installed in October so I was confident we would save energy. To my dismay, the week before Christmas when the temperature fell to 5 degrees, I awoke to raise the blinds only to discover all my windows where I'd pulled the blind shut for the night, covered in ice on the INSIDE of the window. I haven't pulled the blinds down since and I'm wondering why I spent extra money to get these highly insulating blinds when, in fact, I can't use them without icing up my windows. What's more, Blinds Galore says this is the first they've ever heard of this and there's nothing they can do for me. I don't believe them and I wish I had not spent so much on their blinds.
