"Our blind broke after only 8 years….these are expensive and we love them. I tried to order the inside part that broke (because it is made of plastic), no that isn’t available. So tried to order a replacement, and they discontinued the color. All of the windows (8) in our open living room/dining and kitchen were the same color. The blind that broke is unfortunately the large picture window, located where it can and will be seen by everyone. Going to be bad advertisement for blinds galore - that I have raved to many people about! We now have a different style (as we couldn’t get a straight answer from anyone at blindsgalore to find out if the current blinds are made with the same cheap piece of plastic inside-for cordless) AND a different color"
