"I have ordered before. This time I had trouble placing my order, even with sample color in hand. The webpage would not take me to the item I wanted. Tried several times. Finally, had to get a direct link from Help person. A little strange."

Good quality. Shipping a bit slow

"I’m happy with my blinds but I ordered blinds for 5 windows and a patio door. Within 2 weeks I received the vertical blinds. Another 2 weeks I receive 3 blinds for my bathroom and a few days after I receive the blinds for the bedroom. I understand they are custom sizes but it took too long compared to other window treatment companies."
