"I wanted to replace a Bottom Up/Top Down lift that worked well since December 2010 but broke after 13 years, with an identical one. The colors are different now, but this was not a major problem, I could find something close. It is the mechanism of the cord release device that changed for the worse. It is more complicated and it snaps open way too easily."

I was very happy with the fit as well, I wasn’t sure since you give them the rough opening size and they account for the room needed. But it was absolutely perfect!
