"Our 12’ vertical blind came quickly but with missing necessary brackets for required hanging. The package was opened and 1 bracket removed from our order. That one bracket kept us from hanging our blinds for 2 weeks.
After finally getting them hung, we now have a broken bracket and missing bracket for hanging the valance. Called for more replacement parts… the brackets sent for valance came broken so now waiting an entire month for parts that should have come in the first place with our order.
Now we have to take the entire set of blinds down and rehang to put the valance up.
Not happy with quality control or the customer service via phone to replace all the missing and broken parts."

"We ordered a 12 vertical blind, it came just in time for us to install before leaving on vacation.
When we went to install, we were short 1 clip as recommended for length of the window.
We were surprised to see that who ever filled and packed our ordered had removed 1 clip from a package (2 per package).
Knowing the recommendation for clips per length…. Why???? Very disappointed!
The clip arrived after our return so preceded to install… as we got to the valance installation we were minus 1 clip again and 1 broken, so short 2.
Called blinds galore and was told no record of our order. Finally they found our order and agreed to send valance clips.
After over a week of waiting for valance clips they arrived broken.
Long story short, it’s taken over a month to hang our blinds due to missing, shortage, broken parts.
