"Ordering was fine, until I got the payment option and tried to enter my coupon code … everything freezes up and then you have to start over. Also, don’t give your email expecting the discount coupon they promise cuz you wont get it … what you will get is a bunch of junk Mail from them. Finally, poor customer service support. Update… received blinds, they came dented and the valence is extremely difficult to install and it doesn’t stay in place … it slides down if barely bumped. I would not order this blind again. I would’ve returned due to dent in top medal base, but valence covers it. My suggestion would be to spend a little more money for better service and quality. Also, the shipping was several days late"
