He was very helpful and professional. He went out of his way to help me. They replaced my "oops" color choice mini blinds FREE of charge! I love the new color and the quality. "I purchased 2" faux wood window blinds for nine of my homes' windows. The site made it very easy to get the every detail specified that I was looking for.
The only issue that they may want to address is that when you initially put in your measurements, they are not saved as you look at their different selections. These values have to be re-entered once you pick out your blind."

"This year we purchased new cellular shades for every room in our home. Having never installed anything similar before, the first one was definitely a challenge, but each installation was faster than the previous one. We just LOVE the cordless day and night shades! How wonderful to only have to install one product while having the choice of either a light-filtering shade or a light-blocking shade (and they REALLY do block the light extremely well) in every window. We've also noticed a pretty substantial reduction in our energy usage. I wouldn't mind if blindsgalore offered a few more color choices in the day/night shades, but the ones that they do offer are probably the most popular choices anyway. "
