Instead got an email back telling me i would have to drill new holes for a front mount. Original was a side mount. Emailed back to see if I there was another part that would work better. No response. Had to call blum to get the correct part. {Their service is great by the way. } I will have to eat shipping cost to send wrong parts back. They are giving me money back on wrong parts but what a pain in the ****. Could all be solved with a simple phone call - like blum "

"I was trying to replace a broken hinge on a cabinet that broke. Since the house is over 30 years old, it was rather difficult to find the exact replacement part. CP has an extensive inventory, several ways to help you find what you might need, and excellent, friendly sales folks. However, when it was proving difficult to find the right part (and I ended up initially receiving the wrong part), that's where CP did not do well at all. The sales team, and I spoke to several of them, we're all friendly and tried to be helpful but ended up saying I needed to talk with a ‘product specialist’. This product specialist, as far as I can tell, is a bot that can only respond to canned questions and was aggravating in the extreme. I eventually figured out the right part I needed with no help from the product specialist and so my project was completed. However, as it turns out, trying to send the wrong product back was also very disappointing."
