"Tried to call for information due to I was replacing outdated parts and am not versed with hinges. Impossible to talk to anyone at this place so ended up ordering wrong parts which their web page suggested.. Requested call back to get correct parts. Instead got an email back telling me i would have to drill new holes for a front mount. Original was a side mount. Emailed back to see if I there was another part that would work better. No response. Had to call blum to get the correct part. {Their service is great by the way. } I will have to eat shipping cost to send wrong parts back. They are giving me money back on wrong parts but what a pain in the ****. Could all be solved with a simple phone call - like blum "

"It’s almost a standard practice nowadays I guess, but when I was ordering my pull out trash can, I noticed a couple of pictures displaying a secondary bin where you could store your roll of trash bags behind the trash bin. Once the product arrived and unboxed, it was just the holder for the trash can, no secondary bin for the roll of trash bags.
Please make your selections more clear and obvious, because that’s the setup I was looking for. Unfortunately, I think that features only applies to 35qt trash cans and larger.

"When you order something and receive it damaged you should be able to make ONE call to customer service to correct the problem. Then you should have a record in their system with all the information. They shouldn't just take information and say another department should get back with you. Then 5 phone calls latter to various people makes zero sense. Empower your "customer service person who answers the phone to correct the problem from start to finish. One call from a customer is all you should need then take care of it."
