"I ordered front lower control arms for my 2013 Scion FRS and once I compared to the stock ones, I realized that they sent me the wrong parts because it wasn’t the same size.
EDIT: They answered my request and it was my mistake because I ordered a part for the wrong model, I appreciate the support they’re giving me, I bought parts before in car parts and never had an issue. Even if they don’t give me a refund (because I passed the time frame) I will buy a product here again because of the good prices for good quality and delivery time. Thanks to the customer service for reviewing my case! "

"I ordered some parts and got 2 of the wrong (parts) that I did not need or could not use and have only received my money back on (ONE)order, when I had (2) sent back for (2) refunds. I have been waiting for 6 weeks now, since July 12th for my other. This is unacceptable and being hung up on 3 times doesn't look so innocent on your alls end neither..? I am still trying to this day to speak to you all and yet have not received my other refund. It would be highly appreciated for a response back and a respond stating I can (finally) have my refund from my other order that I had sent to you all 6 weeks ago. What does it take to get your money back thru a company that can't seem to find a way to fit anyone's needs when your not willing to give a refund back??"
