Great customer service and delivery was on time!

"I ordered a A/C Condenser for my 2016 hyundai sonata. I was super worried that it wouldn't come on time due to the 4th of July but it came the day after the holiday and carparts.com made sure they communicated with me about the ETA. My A/C works wonderful and my kids are very happy we have cold air again. lol"

"Finding the part was quick. Ordering was a breeze. I got notified of sale. Then within 24 hours received email with the tracking number. I received the package 3days early. The packaging was excellent and no damage. It fit. I will buy parts from them.

Great parts bad website?

"I ordered parts off of this website and it was great, I thought. I woke up at 3 am the following morning with multiple pending charges on my credit card that I had used earlier that day on the site. Had to get a new credit card and change my info. "

"When I placed the order, shipping for my part was "estimated" at two days. Now it looks like it will be closer to ten days. Not great when you need the part to get back on the road. Deceptive advertising."
