Poor quality

"The mirror did fit the car as described. But after installation, less than a month after installing the mirror the glass shakes so bad I can even see out of it and has almost caused me to wreck not being able to see if there is a car next to me. I have tried to make sure the glass hasn’t came loose but nothing seems to fix the glass from shaking issue. Really hope there is a solution to fix this. "

Missing part

"I order a set of 2 Parts No.: RL28150025 & Part No.: RL281500256, I only received 1.
AS you can see the Proof of delivery the box was opened and it was packaged incorrectly with lack knowledge of Packaging Auto parts.

"Even the cheap Amazon ones have screws. Paid almost $20 for the order and it doesn’t even have screws! Come on man.

To their credit it says it on the webpage, down below hidden in the product FAQ. I never thought to check - even the cheap alternatives include screws. Ugh!

Online quote included false shipping info

"Online quote included expedited shipping option for a premium ($) charge noting product would be delivered next day on Saturday. Premium shipping prepaid. Confirmation of order received via email noting the same. However, subsequent order shipment confirmation received noting an estimated delivery date of Tuesday --- 3 days later than the originally estimated (and paid for) date. To make things more frustrating, there is no contact phone number or email address included on any of the email confirmations received which would otherwise allow me (the consumer) to contact them with a customer service inquiry. Carparts.com effectively took my money for the overnight shipping and failed to deliver. Unless carparts.com reads this and refunds me the shipping differential, I will NOT be using carparts.com again. "

Scamming people

"Paid for next day delivery and it never showed up and everytime I contact them its "in transit on FedEx truck". Contact FedEx and no package was ever dropped off only a label made. So carparts.com where is my package and still everyday I question them and its either a warehouse issue or FedEx has it in transit. So I'm not sure they care about customers just scamming people. "

20 yr old F150

"I Did a Google search for a driver's side taillight and up pops carparts.com!
I had a deer run into the side of my truck as I was driving to work one morning. It hit me in the back door. I have scratches & dents all the way back to where it hit my taillight. My daughter later found the taillight, cracked with a couple pieces out of it and loaded with deer fur. And wouldn't you know, my yearly inspections are due in July!!!
So, yes! Carparts.com had the right taillight for my 2004 F150 Heritage!
Shipping took a week vs the 2 days the website told me.
