"I bought an alternator last week and the mechanic I went to said my alternator was fine. When I contacted CartParts.com to return the part they were so kind, and I boxed the part up and Fed-Ex had it back to them within a couple days and my refund was issued back on my card that same day they received the part! Bought a part & then discovered I didn’t need it so I canceled it & the part shipped anyways. They contacted me asap & told me I’d receive a full refund & that if the part was delivered to just keep it or dispose of it.

"I did an online order for bespoke carpet mats for a BMW convertible. The ordering process was very easy, and I was fortunate enough to get additional discount so not too expensive either to kit out driver, front passenger and rear passenger foot wells.
The mats arrived in good order and good timing, they’re really good quality lovely and plush I went for the thickest carpet pile with a lovely deep blue trim to match the car as there was a great selection of colour and added an additional bespoke text to the front mats to personalise them for my partner.
We are so happy with them, they don’t shift about in the foot well they grip the flooring well and have considerably reduced the surface noise in the car too which was an added benefit.
Definitely worth buying from this company again as I’m really pleased with what I bought."

"This weekend I worked with three different customer service agents. Two of the three were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and set up the service provided so I had to basically do nothing as they navigated the solution. Although two of three is not 100%, the service from the two that did provide the service were AWESOME!!! These two gentlemen really helped me feel better although I wasted half a day because I ordered the wrong parts. The quick turn on the replacement parts; PHENOMENAL!!!!!!!! Especially when COVID and other business methods have impacted logistics of products sold. Again, PHENOMENAL!!!!!! I already recommended you to another person who works on their vehicles.
Recommendation: Make the font larger or a different color or add distinguishing characteristics of a model in the drop down box. For example: There is a huge difference between a 2003 Avalanche 1500 5.3L V8 with Cladding and a 2003 Avalanche 1500 5.3L V8 w/o Cladding"
