"I'd avoid CarParts.com if possible. I visited their website for the first time and was offered 10% off my purchase if I signed up for their email marketing. The code they sent me did not work; It kept saying I needed to spend $250, even though my subtotal was $262. So I reached out for help and was provided a new code, and a quote/cart set up for checkout. The code appeared to work, my total cost with shipping and taxes was $276 and some change, and asked if I wanted to process the payment for that amount. I did. Well, they dinged my card for $300. What?! I had to chat with someone for 15 - 20 minutes (my whole checkout process has taken around an hour now) and he said the refund had been initiated for the 10%. It's been several days. I haven't received the refund, and my order hasn't even shipped out yet! Honestly I am starting to worry this isn't even a legitimate company because the process has been so rough."

"I had ordered a hard to find drivers side headlight . Somehow through my quote I had 2 ( passenger and drivers side) in my cart , I deleted the wrong ones and didn’t catch it. I found out unfortunately when I opened the box after it arrived . I called their service department and talked with a specialist, they promptly issued a RA and confirmed the correct the part and shipped it immediately. I got the part on time and vehicle was finished on time .
