Bad CarParts (CP) CS/AI and Combative CS/People = Why Even Bother, Just Amz, Ebay, Junk Yard - The Next Time!!!

"After searches and solid finds with competitors: at various price points, S&H ETAs pre-purchase guesstimates, levels of product descriptions, great multiangle pics., some with free additional install instructions, etc. I stumble upon CP. I found my single part, based on the UPC/Pt # for the one right-side part I needed. While on the same parts landing page, I drop-down option to the options to purchase the exact same part, but for the left-side. So, I jump all in with my right and left sides matching parts, see a 72hrs S&H ETAs pre-purchase, and confirmed post-purchase CP invoice. 6-days later, I receive the wrong parts from CP. Attempting to submit a CP RMA/RM online-only resulted in a ‘this service does not work’ error code multiple times, and both logged-in and in ‘guest mode’. So, I attempted to give CP’s chatbot a try. 9 back and forths later, the chatbot finally transferred me to a live CP representative to re-re-re-re-explain how I got to them. About 20 additional minutes later, the CP rep. claimed it was my fault for picking the wrong item from the correct landing page, correct usage of their dropdown box from that same landing page, and that they have an invoice ready for me to purchase the correct items, should I want them, for an S&H ETA of Monday, May 23, 2022. Otherwise, my account has been credited. I reviewed the invoice, for the umpteenth time did my due diligence and verified the UPC, and reviewed the actual pics. to affirm that these two, right and left side, parts are correct. Believing in second chances, I pressed buy right from the invoice, plopped in my credit card, and am waiting for my new order placed in faith, of the same UPCs, for two parts, and to arrive on by… S&H ETA, sent by CP states “Estimated delivery date Pending”, and as of May 23, 2022, around 6 pm! Fool me once, CP, shame on me…"
