"Run away! Cavender's website first had an issue with my order online. I called and spoke with an individual who explained why and placed my order. Next, they sent me a confirmation of the order. Last they cancelled my order because they don't have it! Great!!! They waited to send me a cancellation until it was too late to get another pair from another company! Thanks a lot Cavenders!!!! The original purchase from a Cavender's store is going back and the replacement isn't coming! Oh, and Merry Christmas gift recipient who doesn't have a gift...
One more thing, their answer to what can you do to help me. NOTHING!!! The "customer service rep" didn't even answer the question until I asked it the third time. Then she said there's nothing we can do. Why waste my time on top of cancelling my order? If you're not going to help me, why add insult to injury? Really? I used to like Cavender's."
