I ordered 3 things got two of three after several phone calls, Today i was caller #63 and I waited for my turn and i got a voicemail. Which im assuming the other 62 customers got too. I URGE ANYONE TO NEVER SHOP AT CAVENDERS.COM EVER!!!!!! I have been treated just like the other customers doing reviews. And btw if you do get to be put on hold they play the God Awful screeching sounds, which i am sure is for the purpose of getting u to hang up on them...GOOD LUCK! you will aslo get told that the manager "Tracey is her name" is on the phone, is off until however many days, for me it was 5, or she will return your phone call...and I too really rate these ______ you insert word a big fat ZERO!!!!!!!!!!!"
"Order placed 10/1. Still not shipped as of 10/19. I’ve called probably 50+ times and out of those times talked to a person 3 times. Twice told they would overnight to me. Still hasn’t happened. I’ve emailed 5 times. Contacted them on social media. Commented on their posts and then they deleted my comments. FINALLY talked to someone this morning to cancel my order to get a refund. Get an email that they’ve only cancelled 1 of the items! I am beyond **** with this company. WORST customer service. WORST dealings I’ve ever had. Never will I ever give another penny of mine to Cavenders. DO BETTER!!!!!! "

"I bought some boots almost a month ago and returned them the next day that I got them and it said that Cavenders has received the return so now it’s been over 2 weeks and I have not received any sort of refund. I have called multiple times and they keep telling me to leave my name and phone number and right when you say your phone number it cuts you off. i’ve also emailed the customer service email that was given and no one will respond and I finally got a hold of someone on their Instagram account and now whoever was responding isn’t responding anymore and I just want my almost $200 back so I can spend it elsewhere. I literally put the boot on decided I didn’t like it and sent them back. so I don’t know what’s taking them 12 light years but they have the worst customer service but I wouldn’t even call it that because they are not giving any service whatsoever so yeah don’t buy from them and less you want to waste money and never get it back. I feel like Cavenders was a great company when I was younger and I actually liked shopping there but I guess that’s what I get for buying stuff online when there’s not a Cavenders anywhere near me so thanks. this is my last resort hopefully someone will finally help me because I’m extremely frustrated and I really just want my money back like I don’t wanna cause any problems please someone lmao"

"Pretty much going to echo what others are saying. The online experiance is very very poor.
I ordered 5 shirts (01226081) on Sept 4th. On Sept 20th a package label was created for two and has not shipped but you bet they charged my account.
It is now Oct 1st. E-mail inquiries just straight up go unanswered. Dialing the number and left messages on two different occasions. When I did get a hold of someone they were very polite, offered assurances, but they did not follow through.
I cancelled my order and now I have to wait for the money. Hopefully they are better at issuing refunds than they are at getting their products to consumers."
"I placed an order on 9-16-21. I called three times before my order got shipped. What's wild is the items "got shipped" and delivered on the same day. I received the email after calling three times, that said "your order has shipped!" I was like, great... Then they show up on my doorstep that day... which was great. BUT, I had to call three times before I got them.. They kept saying, well they're still processing... well what the heck is taking so long?! The lady that I spoke with was nice. However, don't order from them online. If you're going to order online, buy from Boot Barn... Not Cavenders.. they're cheaper and the shipping is much faster and more reliable! "

"Ordered six pairs of pants on 8/23. All were "in stock". Today is 9/16. I've received three pairs in two different shipments. Got a "your order has shipped" email today on the two pairs I received a week ago. Called customer service and they said the remainder should arrive today or tomorrow and then I got an email saying the entire order had been cancelled. Reading the reviews, I am not alone.... This is the first review I've ever written. It's just so bizarre I can't even do anything but laugh. "
"I picked shirts for my groomsmen to wear for my wedding on September 18th. Two of them ordered online on August 30th. Two weeks later still didn’t receive them, to call and find out the orders were canceled. Called a store in nearest city who had only one size to have them shipped overnight. Nothing overnight, two days later I called to get the run around from FedEx as Cavenders entered the wrong zip code, so they told me. 3 days before my wedding and still dealing with the mess. Sorry Cavenders, I’ll shop elsewhere, oh not only me the other guys that still don’t have their shirts!"
"Ordered 7/28 shipped 8/2 , fed ex says the package is delayed emailed 8/7 about tracking they were opening a lost package with fed ex that would take up to 8 days I emailed back on 8/15 with no reply, I called again 8/16 rude customer service said she would resend, 8/20 called again she said she would call me back with info, 8/27 called back the rep took my credit card info and said she would refund my original order and place the order again, called back today 9/10 waited on hold for 17 minutes to be sent to voicemail. "I ordered a Stetson hat from Cavender's. After three weeks of no communication (with the exception of a bunch of email sales promotions) I call customer service. They said they canceled the order almost two weeks ago. I still have payment hold on my account. No hat, no money returned. I would stay away from here if I were you. Terrible customer service (also not very friendly considering)"
