"I ordered Sony HDR-CX350V, 32GB Internal Flash Memory High Definition Camcorder for the lowest price in the market. they were not able to ship the product in 2 days as they promised in their website, but it was shipped after 4 days. Eventhough i was little frustrated with the initial experience later the customer service guy Brain called me and apologized for the delay and offered me additional warranty for free. I got the product exactly as seen and mentioned in their site. I over looked the color of the camcorder, i thought its black color but i got little brownish one. i was little disappointed with the color but what i got is what its in their site. Over all its a good experience. i recommend this site.

"Where to begin??? I ordered a week ago on Aug 4th. Today is August 10th. No feedback by email- nothing! I called, and was informed maybe shipping today or tomorrow. In today's market, this just isn't good enough. I ordered a similar item from their competitor-- was shipped same day, free, and I got it yesterday. Central Digital still hasn't even processed. "I rec'd my camera in record time. I love it. It has lots of features and I am still learning to use them all. My only complaint so far is that it should have had a digital kit sent with it and all I got was the camera. I called and made you guys aware of this immediately. I was told that it would be sent right away, however I haven't gotten it yet. Today I ordered one for my best friend and still stand behind the GREATNESS (quality) of this product. I hope she gets her kit. It was also cheaper than when I got mine. It's worth every penny. Look up my info and send me my kit. By the way, I know she will enjoy it because I have to fight to keep her away from mine. Keep up the good work!"
"Order placed july 24th, 2010. Credit card charged (over $1500) on July 28th. Today is August 5th, 2010. No item received. Have been told NUMEROUS times that item 'shipped' July 28th. I have no tracking number, no proof of shipping, no email confirmation. Have been given a tracking number that corresponds to an order being delivered to TEXAS (I live in MICHIGAN). Have talked to "steve" numerous times with the same old run-around---"item shipped 28th, as soon as I get a tracking number from the vendor we will notify you". Now he's telling me that he expects to hear back from them within an hour--I've been calling twice a day for the last 5 days. Worst internet shopping experience and company I have ever dealt with. I am posting this to warn everyone else about this company as to what to expect. "
"I ordered on 7\26, received an order number on 7\27. I still have not received a the shipping info and today is August 5th. I have contacted them by email and phone. Generic answer is it is on the dock ready to be shipped. I am ready to ask for a refund. Customer service is poor. Still waiting........... called again today - givin the old line shipping today. No extra effort given by customer service agent Tommy. Advided I will give them 24 hours or ask for a refund - seemed indifferent - who cares attitude.
Update - never did get the product and I cancelled the order in Mid August and it went smoothly. They did contact me and provided an extended warranty for any product even not pourchased from them free of charge for my inconvenience.

"I ordered a Denon AVR791 for my home theater.I was told it was in stock by the salesman and it would be shipped out the next day. Four days later I called to see why I didn't get a tracking number and was told that it was still in shipping and would definitely would go out later that day. I called again on the 2nd of August and was told it's still in shipping??? I called the fourth time on August 3rd and was told that the shipping department was backed up a "little" and it would go out the next day!!! At that point I cancelled the order and re-ordered it from Powerseller NY. I received it for free shipping the NEXT DAY. I will never use Central Digital again. They can't be trusted."

"DO NOT PLACE ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY - Item I ordered said it was in stock and ready to ship in 1-2. After 3 days, I emailed support to ask what the status was on the item, I got a guy with a thick NY accent telling me that it was ready to ship out and would be shipped that day. After 3 days of no shipping confirmation, I called again. I got another guy with a thick NY accent, a little more aggressive than the previous one, and he said that it was ready to ship and I would be receiving an email w/ the shipping confirmation and I would receive the package in less than 3 business days. I asked what the reason was behind the delay, and his response was "there seems to have been a problem with your payment" ... wouldn't I be notified if there was any sort of problem with the payment and the shipment would have been delayed for any reason? One would hope so - anyways, after 3 weeks (15 business days), is when the package is supposed to get to me. We'll see how the package arrives. After reading other reviews on Central Digital, I'm concerned that their packaging for shipping isn't the most reliable.
I purchase items online all the time, and this is by far the worst experience I've ever encountered. I will never buy from this company again. I suggest for potential customers to look elsewhere. Saving 30% off of the retail price for my item was NOT worth the headache. "

"Please, for the love of God, do not order from these people. I don't know if they are dishonest as others say or merely completely incompetent.
I ordered a Canon 5D Mark II (Body) from them. I normally buy from B&H, but was tempted by saving hundreds of dollars. As I needed to have it in my hands in just under a week, I paid for the most expensive and reliable overnight shipping. Knowing that they were on the East coast, I placed the order at the start of their day (VERY early for the West coast). Hours later, I got an e-mail that mentions that it may take a few days to process the purchase and to call them if you need to expedite. I called, and they tried to sell me all sorts of extras that I did not need. Finally, they listened to why I was calling and they said that they would have to charge me extra (more than the shipping) to expedite the purchase. I grumbled, but it was still the cheapest on the net, so I said "OK". 5 DAYS LATER they called to tell me that there was a problem getting the charge through. It seems my bank had them flagged as a source of fraudulent charges. This was the day before I was leaving on the trip where I would need the camera. I asked if they could get it to me by the next day. I was assured that if I cleared things up with the bank by the end of their day (listed as 9:00 PM EST in their written contact letters), then it would not be a problem. I arrived at my bank (needing to authorize the transaction in person) during my lunch break at 12:30 PM Pacific, they spent 45 minutes on hold trying to get the person to ship the camera. I was finally told it would be at my door at 9:00 AM the next day. I confirmed this multiple times as I was leaving at 10.
The next day, I called them at 10, asking for the tracking number as there had been no delivery. I was told that the delivery was just picked up, moments ago. 0_0 What followed was an discussion of me explaining that the camera was no longer useful to me, as I needed it for the trip I was leaving on, and them telling me, in essence, "Tough."
The ONLY thing I can say for them is that I did (eventually) get my money back. I don't know if the camera was delivered or they diverted the delivery (which reputable delivery companies will do), as I was 900 miles from the house at the time of delivery. The good natured part of me hopes they got it back and they were merely incompetent during the whole process.
Needless to say, I will never order from them again, ever."

"Kind of an odd little outfit. I give it four stars out of 5, because ultimately the product was exactly what I wanted at a good price, without any telephone hassle. BUT - as I was following the product's progress, for two days, the status said "order being processed." Then after another day or so, it said "Order has been sent to warehouse for shipping." That lasted another two days. Then it said "order has shipped. you will get tracking information soon." Then I finally got tracking information, immediately followed by an email saying "Give us a review at resellerratings! Just odd. I had the feeling there was only one little old lady employee taking care of everything. Then the box arrives, kind of stained and beat up, filled with bubble balloons at the top and nothing at the bottom where the product is. It's OK, but again, just kind of odd. Not what I'm used to from other companies."

Called and confirmed. Thursday still no shipping info. Called and was told it was not in stock. Cancelled order. This was my 1st time trying central digital and I will not try again."
