"Placing the Order was easy, but the sales rep seemed hurried and in fact misspelled my email address which ensured I did not receive any confirmation of my order. I did call in the next business day and spoke with customer service who were very helpful and and corrected my email address and told me that my shipment was to ship that day and I would receive an email confirmation.

Since I did not receive an email confirmation about the shipment I again called customer service. Again were very helpful and found that my order had shipped and provided me with the tracking number. I had them confirm my email address and found that it had been entered incorrectly by the previous days customer service rep.

Central digital has excellent pricing but the sales and customer service reps seem to have a problem with accuracy which can be a major problem with email addresses.

At this point I believe my order will arrive on schedule...I do not have any written (email) confirmation showing that what I ordered is what was shipped but I am assuming the best."

"My experience was fine with exception of the fact I purchased more than I wanted, a testimony of a fast talking sales person. When I received the product the sales (invoice) list did not list what I purchased separately. Not knowing the cost breakdown I felt I had been charged too much. So I called customer services and was given a $50.00 credit on my charge card and a free two year warranty, which was OK, but I’m not too happy about the process I was put through. I was told I had purchased a package deal, the sales person did not explain it that way. Bottom line I ordered a $1049.99 video camera and ended up spending $1,349.99, I guess it’s my fault.
