"My utility is Con Ed. Constellation is my ESCO. I was pleased with the level of professionalism of my customer service rep. The reason for my contacting Constellation by phone was due to a confusing mailing I received from the company. The mailing indicated a phone number to call for additional assistance but the company on the voice answering was Protocall not Constellation. I looked online for the Constellation phone number which prompted me to call in order to better understand the fixed and variable rates that are available. The customer rep was open to my questions, in fact engaged me in conversation and was able to demystify and clearly explain the rates to me. Thank you!"

"Great all the way up until the terrible customer experience I had with them yesterday. This was without a doubt one of the most frustrating customer experience calls of my life. To make a long story short, I moved out of my home and there was noone living in it during the payment period I called about. I was charge $90 during this time, and no gas heat was on, and no appliances were on. I was told that there is a $40 flat fee charge that always applies. I was requesting constellation take care of the additional $50. After an hour on the call (via international roaming $$$) and three transfers. i was told that I would need to contact the actual gas company that runs the meters and that there was simple nothing constellation could do. This is shocking. I had been a loyal customer for over 2 years and WAS planning to return to being a customer upon my return to Atlanta. However, based on how this situation was handled, Constellation has lost a customer, and has angered me so much in the process that I feel compelled to share my experience via social channels. It's a shame to see what Constellation was willing to do (or not willing to do) over a $50 fee that was charged erroneously. I can say with confidence that in the long run, it would have been in Constellations best interest to have simply done the right thing and taken care of this erroneous charge."
