My usage was $121, and my bill was $203. That's horrible! I have been a customer since 2008, and I have recommended your company to many people over the years. "This review is for 2 calls I had to make just to avoid renewing my contract. My current contract was expiring 1/29/2020, I called on 1/22/2020 to make sure I did not auto-renew but unfortunately the lady I talked with thought I was cancelling or it was just a miscommunication. However, why I'm disappointed, was the next day I got an email stating that I'm obligated to pay $150 for early termination fee since I cancelled before the contract expires. This is what disappointed me because even if I cancelled, I should have been told there's a fee to do so, I was not given that information, if I was, I would have made it clear what I intended to do and I would not have needed to make anothro call the next day."
