"When I moved apartments I was told I needed to start a new plan and could not just transfer the service with my current plan. After starting a new plan I asked if this would cause me to be double billed. The constellation representative assured me I would not. However, 2 months later money was withdrawn from my account for my old apartment even though my service was cancelled before the billing period. I tried to take the account off autopay but it would have cancelled the autopay for my current account as well. I spent nearly half an hour on the phone with customer service trying to resolve the issue only to be told that the issue would need to be escalated and they would call me back the next day. I have yet to receive a call back or any update on the issue. Overall I am not pleased with my service with constellation and will likely choose another provider when my contract is up."

I would like to add that it is such a relief knowing that my rats and your promise to keep it affordable as long as I have my service with you. Before I came to Constellation I was being charged $25 just for the bill being sent to me! The cost for electricity was even more of a rip off. I was being charged at least $180.00 monthly...when I asked to put on a different plan they told me it would take up to 3 months to take effect. Then when it finally did my bill was even higher than $180.00! So I would like to say “Thanks” for affordable rates you’ve provided me with"
