"After charging me $94 dollars for a $400 wedding gift for my daughter, and delaying processing of the charge inordinately, they shipped it to my daughter with two damaged parts.
She sent them them photos of the two damaged parts, but they cancelled the replacement parts on the pretext of not knowing which parts were damaged, without bothering to inform my daughter.
I will never do business with them again."
"MY hubby and I both had accounts..I never missed a payment and he paid his in full. Now when we click on the website both accounts are saying that our credit history is bad and if we wanted to order something we had to pay in full and that we have no available credit... I called and they said they were going to send it to Las prevention and fix it and that was 3 weeks ago and it's still not fixed....I will be paying off my current balance and never ordering from them again......."
"I never ordered anything from them, but got this box delivered by Fed Ex. Had no idea what it was, thought it was a gift from someone. Quickly realized after seeing the bill, that I was billed $185 dollars of three things I did NOT order. I quickly checked our accounts making sure they hadn’t been jeopardized. We called the customer service number, put on hold forever, then talked to several people because they kept transferring us. We supposedly was talking with loss prevention. They were the most unprofessional, rudest people, and sounded like they had no idea what they were doing. They are supposed to be sending us an appropriate return label that is free shipping but have not received yet. What we have received, twice in a week in two bills. What the crap is going on? We keep trying to call back and no answer. This is scary and very infuriating. Are they just randomly sending people stuff and billing you? Don’t know what to do! This place is evil and horrible to do this to people. Any help would be appreciated!? Please stay away from Country Door! "
"I ordered a bedspread and (what I thought was) a pair of shams. When it arrived, there was only one sham. When I called customer service, the agent actually said she didn't know why they do that, it causes a lot of problems. When I tried to order another sham, they were out of stock. So I returned the bedspread and single sham at considerable cost of my money ($24). When I checked on my credit, they did not credit me any of the considerable shipping and handling fees. In the end, I am getting a refund of $108 on a shipment that has now cost me $162. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!"
"Got first shipment but not second and fed ex said delivered. Try calling customer svc is a waste of time. Can never get thru or they break the call. Save your money and never buy from these people.

"Bought a doggie kennel which came with “defective” parts that broke when assembling (maybe bad quality but I’m giving benefit of doubt). I called to return. They mailed me a return label. Waited 1 week and called again and they told me I’d have to wait 10 business days for the label. And only after 10 days waiting and not receiving, only then could I call to request another label. They could not email it to me. So here I am 15 days later still waiting to return their “defective “ product. "
"I ordered several items and I only received a couple things, when they send tracking A MONTH AGO the items shipped but have been in another state for over a month!! Some items are still 2 months out for delivery, the items ARE BIT what the description states, I was bilked$25 for a day late pymt yet I'm paying on merchandise I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED! Customer service needs lessons in etiquette and manners when speaking with the general public. This has GOT to bed the WORSE place to ever order from! "Not only customer service is bad. The employees do not know how to run a business. They have no training what so ever. Called being a new customer applying. The lady told me I’m approved. So placed an order. So checked for the status of the order. The order didn’t go through. Saying since I’m under 21. I need to right a letter to them. I said I’m older then 21 and I told them my date of birth. Long story short. Spoke to one supervisor. Said that the lady is wrong. It takes 24 hrs to be approved. I said it’s pass 24 hrs. Then then talk to another supervisor. Told me it’s 24 to 48 hrs. So this supervisor even said. My Oder was canceled. That next day I placed order in. Which I never canceled. "

"They reported me to the credit bureau after declining me debt counseling proposal and running up past due payments several months after a really time in my life and refused to reage my account. "This evening, 1/14/2020 a Country Door rep. called late at night, middle of the week. When I asked why she was calling so late the rep. told me not to be rude! I advised her that she was calling on MY phone. I hung up and she continued to call thru the night. My husband answered the phone and she laughed loudly and continuous until he hung up. We took phone off hook and will report the company and caller to our State Atty General's office tomorrow. Fyi, When a consumer is mistreated or harassed, the State Atty General's office is the agency for consumer issues. Bye bye Country Door. "
