We are a dirtbike family and it takes a lot to keep 4 bikes running and 4 people properly outfitted to ride them. As well, Diandra was very helpful getting my wife set up with boots that properly fit. "

"I went into the store having a good idea of what I wanted. I told the clerk and she immediately took me to my selection. She told me about it's attributes and showed me a few other similar helmets, but didn't try to talk me into a more expensive helmet. She made sure the helmet was the correct size, and when the size I needed was at the very top of the stack up near the ceiling on the other side of the store, she made the climb up to get it for me."

"Over the holiday weekend (Labor Day) I discovered a need for 2 valve stems for my 150cc scooter. I called the only place that appeared to be open on Sunday (Cycle Gear). I asked if a motorcycle valve stem would work on a scooter and he simply said "no". Upon doing my own personal research I came to the conclusion that they would work on motorcycles, scooters, and ATV's. We went to the store and after searching around for about 10 minutes an employee emerged from the back room, glanced at me, then asked another gentleman if he needed help. We then had to go ask a gentleman at the front of the store to help us and finally got what we were looking for(it was only kept in the back). Just generally not an overall friendly experience. "
"My experience was okay, got the gloves I wanted for the Buell I was buying. The only downside, was since I had been there before and used the bathroom no problem, this time he told me,though I was a paying customer, I could not use it, and would have to go to another store in the strip mall. My Wife later said that since I was disabled, they could not do that, with me using a handicapped parking tag out front. I shook it off, not wanting to make a scene. Looked at some helmets, and left. Later, I bought a Bell somewhere else."
