"Bought tires from RevZilla got a coupon to get them mounted and balanced at Cycle Gear. Brought them in on Sunday afternoon , was told that they would be done Monday or Tuesday morning . Went in Tuesday afternoon they were sitting in the same spot by register not even been moved, asked if they would done anytime and then told only one person is trained to mount tires and would not be coming in until Wednesday or Thursday but was not sure about his schedule. If they would have told me that when I got there I would have driven to the other two Cycle Gears 30 miles away and had them done. Not worth my time to ever go back, will pay 2 times more and get treated better at a local shop ."

"I took my granddaughter in to look for, and try on, a motorcycle helmet. The young lady who helped us was very knowledgeable about helmets and the way they should fit. She took the time to try helmets on my granddaughter and explained how it should feel. She also suggested goggles. At no time did she try to force me into buying something I didn't think I needed. She even got a sale price on the helmet for us. She is a very good employee. This store is well stocked and I'm sure that it has most every thing someone would need."
