"The first time I went in was to buy a pair of riding gloves because I was taking a motorcycle training course. Robert greeted me immediately, then as soon as he got free from helping a customer he went to check on me. Asked what brought me in, told him I needed gloves so he asked what kind I needed which I wasn’t sure. He helped me pick out a pair that was both comfortable and very protective. He showed me some jackets that went we the gloves but I was pretty set on just taking gloves that day. A few days later I went back in, Robert again welcomed me and helped me as soon as he could. Helped me pick out a jacket that fit my bike and riding needs. Set me up with financing (with Christmas a few days away, I didn’t want to take the whole hit of a riding jacket price at once) and had me set up. Great experience both time. Will definitely keep coming back. (Oh and he invited me to bike night at Your location so I’m definitely looking into that)"

"BF and I had a motorcycle class to get basic gear for (just gloves). Guy kept trying to sell us expensive helmets when all we wanted was to get fitted for a size. We kept telling him that we don't even have bikes yet and not interested in buying full gear and saying we could get a credit card to walk out with all this gear. I would say he was really informative but he was just too aggressive in trying to up sell us on items we clearly did not need. I didn't want to give my e-mail because I get a lot of marketing spam. He said don't worry it's just for e-receipts and now I'm getting a bunch of cycle gear e-mails... Again guy was nice, but someone needs to help him read customers better. I had to keep telling him I was on an hour lunch break and needed items real quick and didn't need him to hover around us the whole time. Probably won't be returning to buy more gear in store."

"I had a icon jacket that began to slowly come apart at the wrist zipper. Took it into cycle gear to ask about warranty information. They had me fill out a small basic info paper and swapped me out with a brand new one no questions asked! They told me they will take care of the rest of the warranty process! The manager is awesome there and they will always have me as a customer!"
"I ordered some front rotors. They came in a week later I happened to call and they were in but no one had called me!! I get home with the parts and they were two rear rotors. So I took them back and waited for the associate to make me fill out a return and he moved like a fkn sloth. The store was short staffed and soon there was a long line. So I gave him my name and number and asked that he look up the right parts and call me with a price. That was a week ago. He never called and I went elsewhere, and I received great customer service. I most likely will never buy anything from you again. **** it E Z!!"
