"Came in to get some tires mounted, waited 2 hours, came in picked them up and when i got home and installed the wheels, cycle gear tire guy mounted the front tire on the rear wheel and the rear tire on the front wheel. In all, it took about 5 hours to mount 2 tires. No refund was offered knowing i came to Pleasanton from san Leandro 3 times in total. The kids need some work..."
