"Ivan took great care of my family and I during my last two experiences at the Pleasanton store. I went in to pick up a new battery and a few other items a week ago and he was very helpful finding the battery and even setting it aside until I could get there. The next time my wife and sister in law went in to pick up a helmet and goggles as gifts for a friend. She raved about the service she received from Ivan as he helped them select the helmet and goggles.
