"I and my girlfriend were shopping for her helmet and gloves. The staff there were very patient and helpful for nearly one hour to tend to my girlfriend's needs and questions. The choice of color in the size she wanted was not in stock; with the help of the staff placing the order, it arrived the next day as promised. All in all, very pleasant experience."
"After speaking to the sales person and telling him I couldn't pick up the new battery that day, I asked him to fill it with acid and charge it overnight and I'd pick it up the following day.
I went in to pick it up the next day but i had to wait for it to be filled with acid as that had not happened the day before.
