"I commute on my FJR1300 100 miles everyday, rain or shine, all year round. So I need my bike to be operational, period.
There was an issue with my tire (PR4 GT's) order (it didn't get ordered, oops), so the boss overnight'ed one. Got a call as it was being dropped off the next day. Installed it immediately when I showed up.
Bottom line: Customer service as it should be. No B.S., no excuses, no ignoring you. It's how I acted when I worked retail.

These guys were slow, I was the only person in the store, and they told me they were too busy to change it and wouldn’t be able to get to it for a few days. It takes maybe 5-10 min to change tubes/tires on those machines. These guys are lazy and know very little about motorcycles. "
