"Not happy with their attitude. I have received a response only after I have escalated to PayPal. They have sent me Taracking number. even after 24 hours USPS says that they have only received electronic confirmation that item will be shipped. As per USPS the item is not shipped yet."

"I ordered an ihome at an incredible price and was happy to receive it today as described. Their website said it could take up to 3 wks to ship, but I received in less than a week. The only complaint I have is that I did not get shipping confirmation until the day the package arrived, they could do a better job updating the status of the order. "I was charged instantly, but I never heard a single word from them about my order. There is no record in my account of my ordering anything from them, but they took my money. They won't respond to phone calls or emails. I have filed a dispute with PayPal, but they still have not responded to that, either. Now I would be happy to just get my money back.

Update: I finally got a response from them today. They refunded my money after 3 weeks of not replying to any of my attempts to contact them."

"DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE A SCAM! I placed an order for an Oral-B toothbrush on december 12th. I received an email stating the item hd been shipped, but with no tracking number in the tracking number field. I never received my item and all attempts to contact the company via emails and phonecalls go unanswered.

"To date I have placed over 35 orders with this company. All of the items I've ordered have been good quality, some even better than anticipated, and have arrived in good condition. As with any company, customer service can make or break it. I haven't had to deal with the Customer Service reps yet, but based on probability will most likely have occasion to do so in the near future. I can only hope this will be a positive experience - for both of us. True, the delivery date is not always guaranteed, but for me that's okay because I'm always searching for items for Silent Auctions, charitable fund-raiser raffle items and community venue give aways and plan far enough in advance so that this is not a factor. I can't think of another site that has given me quite the BANG for the BUCK - and I enjoy the quirky videos and ease of ordering. I hope this site remains viable for a long time to come, and I will, of course, remain a frequent buyer!"

"Complete hogwash! I ordered once before from this place and got the same horrid treatment! I ordered a camera the week of Thanksgiving, and it never even SHIPPED until the week of Christmas! So, anyone on here crying a story about "its not their fault" can eat my shorts! Again, this is the 2nd time I have ordered something and had to wait 4-6 weeks to get it!
