"Completely scammed on this order for four (4) video camcorders! I purchased and paid for 4 of them, received only two. CONTINUALLY emailed company for 3 weeks inquiring as to shipping status of other two - NO RESPONSE whatsoever. Called number & was told it would be 'investigated' and they'd get back with me. It never happened. This is the worst customer service and most disreputable company I've ever dealt with on the internet. My order amount was over $120, half of which I am still owed. Would never do business with them again. BUYER BEWARE!"
"I ordered a handheld video camera on March 11, 2010. I have yet to recieve it. I received an email with a tracking number that only tells me that the post office has been contacted for pick up.I wrote a letter to customer service about 2 weeks ago and received a VERY unprofessional response back.Basically they said it was my problem.Seeing as the post office doesn't "officially" have it and neither do I, I believe that this still falls under your jurisdiction. Please either mail me this product, or return my money to my credit card. I would like a resolution either way. I bought this for my sons birthday at the end of this month, and now it looks like he won't even get it. Thank you for looking into this for me, Amanda Soltys

After posting this reveiw, daily checkout.com contacted me with a very sincere apology and after a careful reveiw of thier procedures found what had happened . They mailed me a new camcorder and it came within the week and it works. thank you for monitoring this site and making such a quick fix to this problem.My son loves it! "
"I ordered my bluetooth headset on 4/15/10 and they shipped it on 4/20/10. I got it several days later and charged it overnight. No matter what I did I could not get it to sync with my phone and the headset did not blink or work like the user manual said it should. No problem, let's get a new one.
I sent an email to ****@**** as specified on the invoice asking for a refund or replacement on 4/27/10, well within the 10 day period allowed to do so. I never got a response. I sent a second email on 4/30/10 asked again for assistance. I got no response. I sent a third email on 5/8/10 letting them know that I either wanted a refund/replacement or I would contest the charge.
They have yet to respond to any of my emails. I sent the request within the time frame allowed and sent it to the address that they specified. I never got any undelivered mail or any response from them. I will call my credit card company tonight and dispute the charge. I am very dissatisfied with Daily Checkout.
