i was the victim of bait and switching selling. i received a inferior product from the one advertise in the above ad.the mouse they sent me was not optical but a rubber ball on the bottom of the mouse. they should be careful how they advertise their products in the future."

"On March 11 my credit card was charged immediately. I have sent the company three email messages asking for the status of my order. After no response to my email inquiries, I emailed them on March 23rd and told them to cancel my order. Again, no response. On March 29th they sent an email and stated "my order was shipped". Obviously they do not take the customers inquiries and cancel request seriously. I have seen other complaints posted on Facebook. This is not the way to treat a new customer. I plan to make a complaint with the BBB. "
