"Daily Check Out was hit hard by delays not on their part. Both customs and the postal system has destroyed their reseller ratings and that's not a fair judgement if used against the reseller. An example of this would be the postal system receiving a package for shipment and allowing it to rot for 8 days for delivery to an address in the same state only a few hundred miles away. Naturally Daily Checkout was blamed but it wasn't their fault (POSTAL RECORDS CONFIRM THIS). In the future I am sure Daily Check Out will only offer the postal system as an option; the destruction from delays has caused many people to vent their anger towards to the reseller, unwarranted. To be honest, Charlie tried his best to send things out as they came in; one time stamp was well after 5 pm hand carried (yes I did my research). Unlike other competitive distributors from the same NY location (and there are many), this distributor tries to resolve issues by email response, gives his own phone number out to resolve an issue, and seems to take a beating from angry customers, including myself, who vent to the wrong source. Bottom line is, if you want a deal be prepared to wait for it. Charlie will get it there (even if he has to do it on his own holy day). I am sure customer loyalty will rebound quickly as better delivery becomes an option outside the 8 day wait of the post office."

"Ordered item on 12/4, I had read on the FAQ it could take 2 weeks to ship, got notice on the 15th of a USPS tracking number which never showed it was picked up. started getting worried on the 18th when the status still hadn't changed but it showed up that afternoon. So don't believe the USPS tracking because it's useless.
Product was what i ordered at a great price. Yes it took a while to get it but anyone gambling on getting a great price and still hoping they get it by Christmas, well... guess that's not the best of plans IMHO."

Hello we are in the 3rd week now. Requested to cancel the order and was told item had shipped. I asked for tracking number and received no response. Contacted cc company 11-Dec to dispute charges, then on 16-Dec recv'd tracking #, that still just shows assigned but no status. Received camera, but missing parts and also did not work. Have again tried numerous times for resolution, but have gotten no responses AT ALL. Absolutely the worst on-line purchase I have ever had. Would not recommend anything from dailycheckout.com.....Buyer beware

"After writing a bad review I finally got someone to call me, I was told I would get a full refund (and I did surprisingly fast) and a free replacement camera sent to me so my daughter would have the camera she wanted for Christmas. Of course, I never received the camera and I had to buy one at Wal-Mart on Christmas eve. This company has no follow through and probably not remain open due to their poor business practice’s and treatment of their customers. "I paid full for my order on November 11 2009. But till now, after 23 days, I have not received my package yet.
On November 19th, I wrote the 1st email to ask them, they replied that: "Thanks for your order! They will be shipping tomorrow". But there was no tracking number to be sent.
On Noveber 23rd, I wrote the 2nd email to ask, they replied that: "As the holiday season approaches shipping takes a little longer than usual. Please be patient with us and the products will ship as soon as possible. Our system will automatically email you whent he box leaves the warehouse." Then there was no tracking number of the shipping to be sent.
On November 27th, I wrote the 3rd email to ask. They have not replied to me.
On December 1st, I wrote the 4th email to them and 5th message on their web. There was no reply.
And today, December 3rd, I wrote the 6th email to them. Will they reply to me? Where is my money?
