I ordered 2 sets and was expecting instruments as well as the skull/crossbones and the only bandz I received were 4 total packs of animals/dinosaurs & 2 packs of beach items. What a ripoff. I did email them like they ask us purchasers to do, but to this day have received no response. We were all fooled by this one."

"I purchased Silly Bandz from Dailycheckout. They used the trademarked Silly Bandz brand name on the sales page. What they shipped me were off-brand silicone rubber bands by "Groovy Bandzz" and "Bandmania".
Shipping was also very slow which made opening the package to realize it did not contain real Silly Bandz even more dissapointing for my son."

I actually ordered 3 sets so I could use them as party favors, so paid $14.97 total. They all shipped together and the USPS says I still owe them 68 cents. I can't believe they couldn't put the correct postage on when I supposedly paid almost $15 for shipping a light and tiny package. This is definitly a bait and switch scam. "This order was for Silly Bandz, which are the orginal bands all the kids want. They were "free" and shipping was 4.99. Being they sell for that just for one pack, I thought it was a great deal. Instead, I received a knock off that can be bought in the dollar store. Yes, it wasn't a tremendous amount of money but they mislead their customers by saying the product was for SILLY BANDZ. Will not buy from them again. After looking at their Facebook site I realize I am not the only one with issues on products and they have also disabled the ability for customers to post issues to their wall. "Ordered what was supposed to be a new item according to the description (the same item as today - 8-23-10). It came in a plastic bag with the word "refurbished" stamped on a label.
No response from phone calls or emails ever over the course of at least two to three weeks.
I finally contacted my credit card company which cheerfully refunded my money.

"I recently made a purchase, order number Order #50386-82742139-S-A, Netcom Jabra GN9120, and these were sold as new. I just unpackaged and upon opening this up, I noticed it was scratched and looked used. It was sold as brand new retail and came in a unmarked white box with no description.
I was upset about this and then I went to plug it into my phone is it does not work at all. I tried every configuration and it does not work.
I contacted the company three times without any response and never heard a response.
Do not expect to get anything new here. They sell as new and send used and defective merchandise!! "

The response was that they were moving and my order would be shipped soon. I responded back stating that the question was not answered. "i have been using dailycheckout for about a year, and have made around 5 or 6 purchases from them in that time. im surprised by the negative reviews here, because i have to admit i havent had any issues at all. occassionally things take a little longer to ship than others, but perhaps different items are shipped from varying locations, and i have never had anything take an unreasonable amount of time to arrive. overall i am very pleased with the shipping time as its usually pretty fast. nothing has ever been broken, and i havent had any problems with the quality of any of the things i have ordered. i definitely count them among the reliable 'daily sale' websites out there, and i have recommended them to others often."
