"I have contacted them over the past 30 days repeatedly with no response. I order the product. When it came it was defective. I contacted the manufacturer and they said they do not do business with them. The manufacturer was nice and said they would replace it if I paid the shipping and handling. They normally wouldn't charge that but they do not know if the product is new or where dailycheckout got them. Is it to much to ask to get a simple response after calling and leaving messages and leaving around ten emails?

"I ordered an automotive power inverter from this website a couple of weeks ago. The order arrived within a reasonable amount of time (5 days). Although the website listed the item as new it was all scratched and in no packaging besides a plastic bag. The inverter was dead on arrival, and now I'm stuck without one for my road trip. Despite emailing the address listed on the webpage and leaving a voicemail with my information on it they have yet to get back to me. It has been 5 days since my initial email to them. I would not recommend this website. If their customer service won't help me out, hopefully my credit card company's will."
"I ordered the headset on June 21 and it didnt ship out until 3 days later but when I emailed CS i got a reply right away. He researched it and found what was happening and got me that tracking number...... not sure if I like that free shipping method since u really cant track your item as it comes to you. But the free shipping part sort of makes it ok...... it gets shipped via UPS to the USPS while its on the road there is no tracking abilities.. it showed up 7 days after the order was placed not bad at all.... the CS rep was very helpful even tho he never gave his name....i will order from dailycheckout again. the item was fair, the sound quality was a little hollow but it will work for i want it for...to talk while i am working in the garages.... great CS guys thanks"
"Yes, they ship quickly but if you have a problem, good luck getting hold of customer service. I have emailed them three times on three different days and can't get a response. I finally had to do a chargeback, which I hate to do to a store.
I ordered the MP3 player, but the USB cord it came with is not the right cord and there is no place to hook it up to the MP3 player. All I wanted was a new cord that fit the player. I wish they were more responsive because I would like to order from them again. The prices are very good and they do ship quickly.
UPDATE: Daily Checkout sent me a new MP3 player with the correct cord. They did not ask me to return the one with the incorrect cord. They also asked me to revisit my review on this site.
I think it's a shame that they ignore emails when customers have a problem, but they are quick to respond when that customer is forced to write a bad review to get attention. It would be helpful, Daily Checkout, if you responded to complaints the first time instead of waiting and hoping your customer doesn't complain to Reseller Ratings to get a problem taken care of. "
