"They originally quoted me $180 for my Samsung Galaxy S8. I took very good care of my Galaxy S8, it had no scuffs or scratches and operated perfectly. However, it did have some hardly noticeable burn in which was only just visible with a white background. Because of this burn in, Decluttr reduced their offer by 90% to just $18. I had already gotten a quote locally for my phone which was SIX times more than that. They were totally trying to rip me off! The only reason I'm giving them 2 stars is for the free shipping. I don't recommend them and I'll never use them again. Use a local shop that won't pull a bait and switch on you."
"I sent 2 packages on the same day with two seperate welcome pack labels. Only one was received and listed on their website. I couldnt pull up any information on the other order. I was quoted $19.10 for 3 old phones and some CD's but only received $1.90 with no explanation as to why my items werent acceptable."

The charging cable that was supposed to be supplied wasn't, so I had to go out and buy one (hard to find) for another $8.
The product appeared in better condition than described on the site, but it only lasted a few hours at the most before it died and became a brick. I sent an email in an attempt to return the item as there's no quick link available to do so on their website.
Products are a little lower price than most of their competitors, but it's not worth it when they forget to ship the accessories and a RELIABLE working unit.

Updated review:
I sent e-mail yesterday to inquire about returning. They said they'd reply within 24 hours. It's not 24 hours yet, but I didn't receive a reply so farand they've been open for at least 6 of the 8 hours that they stay open (about 15 hours since I've sent the email). I called customer service, the first time was earlier in the morning and there was too long of a hold, but when I called a few minutes ago I got right through. The customer service representative seemed friendly. She told me I'd receive an RMA slip via email by the end of the day which I need to print and use as a shipping label.
The RMA hasn't been received.
I wIf you NEED a product right away GO SOMEWHERE ELSE because it's a SLOOOOOOOW process.
(A week to get here, at least a day to receive authorization to return the defective product, probably another week for them to receive the item and god knows how long before I get the refund) . There is no provision to be sent a replacement product. It seems they'd prefer to lose business than make good.

The RMA which I requested on Sunday via email, and then called about on Monday and again on Tuesday STILL hasn't been received on Wednesday, despite them saying it would be sent by Monday evening.
