"decluttr is beyond horrible, i accepted offers, yet they kept saying i needed to accept offers and had to hound them just to respond to the acceptance, and take screen shots to prove i accepted took over 7+ demands for them to actually respond and then all they did was forward to another department. been in this process for over a week.

i def wish i didnt use them. talked to a friend in this kind of business, im going to give them a couple days and if nothing happens im just going to submit an official complaint with FTC and with BBB. DO NOT USE DECLUTTR its pretty much a scam!!!!! you have been warned!"
