"I sent a Galaxy S6 which they deemed faulty due to speaker damage and an S5 which they also deemed faulty due to "battery - not charging." That battery was only six months old and was working fine when I sent it. They changed the offers from $115 and $80 to $11.50 and $4.80; I refused and took the phones back."

Decluttr wrote that the phone is in "Very Good" condition - the phone has huge bump.
I contacted Decluttr with Amazon's "Different from what I ordered > Ask for a replacement" - no response from Decluttr.
I contacted Amazon customer service who contacted Decluttr - no response from Decluttr.

"Sent in my device, they told me it was flagged as being blacklisted or stolen on the CheckMend report they run. They then required I run a CHECKMEND report to clarify the blacklist. I ran this report and it was completely clean as this is my device that I purchased. See Text Below:

"I sent in many dvds. Their website says payment will be made a day after the items are received and reviewed. I had placed a note in 1 of the boxes that identified items I did NOT ship. They received the items on Oct. 10th. On the 12th, I emailed them asking status. NO response. Same thing for the next few days. So I emailed the Better Business Bureau on the 16th. Oddly, Decluttr contacted me the same day. Told me some items were missing from the order. So, I got **** because I put a note in the box. So, they notified the warehouse. Here I am on the 19th and still no payment and no response. I contacted the BBB AGAIN. Awaiting response"

"Decluttr is a complete scam!

I was offered $220 for each of my iPhone 6S’s. Decluttr advertises that you send in your old cell phone and typically a day after they receive it they will deposit money into your bank account.
Once Decluttr received my phones, they said that they had been reported either lost or stolen and that I would need to spend $.99 to run a “CheckMend” report on the phones to get it straightened out. In the same email, they advised that if you could not clear this up they are unable to return your devices and must destroy them. I ran the CheckMend reports and both phones came up clean as I knew they would. I sent the reports to Decluttr and awaited a response.
After a few weeks Decluttr let me know that the reports still showing a problem with my phones and that they could offer me half the price or they could send my phones back. I opted to get my phones back. They did send the phones back to me and all I was out was the $2 for the CheckMend reports.
After doing, some research this appears to be Decluttr’s scam. They offer you a certain amount and then once the devices arrive they tell you about a problem with the device and then offer half the original price. I had only wished that I doing done my due diligence before sending in my devices.
I would strongly advise against ever doing business with this company.
