"Total Scammers. Never give a refund even when they screw up. Be sure to dispute the credit card transaction inside of 60 days, after that the credit card company cannot do anything. Maybe we all ought to file a class action suit against them. They must be put out of business!"

"I normally check reviews prior to placing an order but did not in this case which was a huge mistake. I ordered a lantern for my daughter-in-law in August and she has never received the item although they have received payment for the item. This is a very unethical business practice. When I have ordered items from other companies for back ordered items they never paid themselves until the product was sent. I would not recommend buying anything from this company. Their phone number doesn't even work. "
"Wow, I just read the reviews (too late). We ordered a light fixture in July, they charged our credit card and then said the item was on backorder, kept saying it would be in the next month and then the next and so on. We finally got tired of waiting and requested a refund instead. Below was the response I received from "Larry" after sending numerous emails, however I have since sent another one letting them know I still have not received an email or a refund. This is obviously a pattern from this company. How can this continue??

No response to emails no phones work gives a voice mail that has not been set up. Toll free number says it is locked. I see Larry K is still alive and well he responded to the above email has not responded to mine. There website will still take your money so beware. I will keep updating to tell the end result because this is not right. Something very bad and wrong here.
Today I sent everything to the Attorney Generals Office in New York and Illinois where I reside. PayPal has been no help either , that seems to be another story of bad service through PayPal. I just can not believe somebody can place an order and get taken to the cleaners by this company. Hopefully they will read the reviews and not be so trusting like myself .
Paypal did refund my money it took 40 days. I sent a certified letter even though there website tells you 45 days you do have 60 so it was worth the time to send a letter.. . I see where the website Décor Designs has now been shut down or at least it can not be visited. . What a horrible experience. All I can say as I will check thoroughly in the future the web and Reseller Ratings website. I really appreciate Reseller Ratings website so we can let others know what is going on. "I order lights based upon their web site claim of excellent customer service and low prices. When checking on my order you have to wait on the phone for 30 minutes on hold and then they say "will have to check and call you back." Or I keep getting the "order is being processed and we are waiting for item to arrive at our warehouse by email." After many weeks I cancelled order and customer rep Larry said I would receive refunds for my whole order. Still waiting"
"I placed an order for ET2 light, and they charged card immediately. I was under the assumption item was in stock. MY credit card was immediately charged. I received an order confirmation, and noticed a small link for manufacturer lead times. Upon checking, it said 2 weeks for this manufacturer. I waited 2 weeks, and emailed, and was told it would be another week. At end of that week, I emailed again, and was told end of the month. That would make 6 weeks IF it were to come in at end of month. I cancelled my order, and was told that they would send me an email once they had refunded my credit card. That was over a week ago, and they have not responded, nor did they respond to my email 3 days ago requesting update. I have had to dispute the charge. In checking with the manufacturer, and authorized resellers, was told that Décor Designs Unlimited is NOT an authorized reseller, and that the manufacturer has had the product in stock, since before I placed my order. Lowest price doesn't help at all if they never ship product! "

"My experience with this company Decor Designs Unlimited - NOT GOOD! FRAUD, SCAM! I ordered the product on line Aug. 18 and it was charged to my debit card on Aug. 20. The email I received indicated a 2 week manufacture lead time. I called on Aug. 28 to check on the order and I was told it would be shipped out early the next week. I asked how it was being shipped and they said 3 day shipping.
NO tracking number was provided and no confirmation of shipping was send on Sept. 2. No package arrived on Sept. 4 or Sept. 5. I called the company on Sept. 5 and got a recording that constantly repeated while being on hold.
No one answered. I called back at 3pm Central time and a recording said the company closes at 3pm East time on Friday and it was closed for the weekend. I smelled a RAT!
I began researching the company on line and saw the many reviews calling this company a fraud.
I called my bank to report the company and I am filing a claim against this company. I should have done my research before ordering - I should have known the low prices were too good to be true!

"Same story as the other negative reviews on here. I placed an order online for an in-stock item back in May. They charged me immediately for the item ($519 for two sconces). First clue something was up since you should never be charged until the product actually ships. They then contacted me (after the item should have already shipped) to say it was on backorder and should be received June 25. They never initiated contact with me again and never sent the item. I reached out to them multiple times by phone and email. Could never get a live person by phone -- only the voicemail and most recently that was full and couldn't even leave a message. Whenever I did get a response, they would say the item was still on backorder and should be in in a few weeks (always vague). Most recently I reached out and told them to refund my money. At this point (Sept 5), I have just filed a disput with my credit card company and they will take it from here. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE SCAM ARTISTS. They also do business as Bath Kitchen Decor. "
"I never write reviews--don't usually have the time for them, but this is ridiculous. I ordered some lamps on July 16th and it is now September. I have called 5 times and am continually told that they will be shipped "the beginning of next week." Many next weeks have come and gone and I still haven't received the lamps. The company has good prices but they aren't worth it if you don't actually get the product!! Only good thing about the company is the pretty piano music during the extremely long hold time. Am now on hold one last time and will ask for a refund.
*update: Spoke to "Crystal" and asked for refund. She said she would "let her manager know" as she had no actual control. Couldn't give me a confirmation number or anything. She said that I would be emailed confirmation of the refund within 48 hrs. As expected, 48 hrs came and went--no email, no refund. Contacted my credit card company--they reimbursed me and will settle the rest with this company. "
