"My experience with e-ComfortUSA was awesome!

I purchased a Viessmann boiler and a Tekmar controller from them recently. The prices were great, and the service was above and beyond. Originally I intended to buy a much more expensive controller, but the sales/tech staff saw that what I was purchasing was likely overkill and recommended that I purchase a different controller that was cheaper but still had all the features I needed. Even though the order was processed, they called me up and advised me to change my order, resulting in a savings of about $1000 for me. It's reassuring to know that a real person reviews each order and tries to ensure the customer is getting exactly what they need - before they ship it out.

My salesperson Renee was very polite, friendly, and courteous over the phone - again, a REAL PERSON - and that was the icing on the cake for me.

I'd definitely shop at eComfortUSA again!

"At first this company seemed pretty good. Good prices, Renee was nice as a sales person. Boris is friendly.

My unit arrived in an undamaged box. The box was not opened until the contractor arrived to install the unit 5 days later. The outdoor unit was badly damaged inside the perfect condition box. The outer case was extremely bent on 3 sides, the fan blade was broken, and the fins are all smashed. The contractor suggested that the circuit board is likely damaged.

E-comfort basically said screw you. Apparently, it was my fault for not opening the box in front of the UPS guy during delivery. Since we accepted the package, we now cannot even do a return. They will honor the manufacturer's warranty and replace specific parts, but they will not ship a new unit. Chad suggested that we were 'stealing from their company' since we wanted to return a broken unit that we could have vandalized.

(btw, the replacement parts were in terrible condition when we received them. The very worn looking parts, which included a thin plastic fan blade, were thrown into boxes without any packing materials whatsoever)

I spoke multiple times with Renee and 'Chad', a sales manager, and they are very quick to not accept any blame. I think that the unit may have been damaged before it was shipped out since the box is in perfect condition.

This company does not respect customers unless they are on the selling side of the deal.

I order 100's of items a week and I have never had an experience with such poor policies and lack of compassion from a vendor.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS VENDOR. Instead, spend $100 extra dollars and have your contractor supply the same equipment from their preferred vendors. The contractor will have to deal with any quality issues saving you a head-ache.

I thought that your pricing was resonable compared to other online competitors and could have just as easily bought from others ie (Pex, etc.)
What ultimately made me feel comfortable with completing my purchase with e-Comfort was your sales representative - Renee Nowak. She took the time to explain everything and we covered many details. Additionally if she was not sure about something, she was not afraid to put me on hold and ask the proper questions to make sure she was quoting facts. I appreciate that, as it can be fustrating when you can sense the sales rep does not know the facts when you are about to make a major purchase.
She assisted me in completing my order online and made sure I was purchasing the right product for my situation. She also offered to get my order out the same day and would make every effort to do so.
She gave me the confidence in dealing with an online retailer and offered furture assistance if I have any potential issues. Thats is exactly how a company can differentiate itself: With excellent customer service.
Thank Renee again for me, and I look forward to receiving my AC unit.
Thid is one time I believe i will actually have to read the manual.
