"I ordered a Fujitsu mini-split air conditioner from eComfort. They had a great price and I received great service. The unit arrived truck 4 business days later. No fuss, no problems. WHen I needed to return a product that didn't fit the took it right back. I feel I can trust them."
"We purchased a mini-split a/c/heat pump made by Fujitsu from e-ComfortUSA back in May 2010. The price e-ComfortUSA offered was great. The person I spoke with (Victor) to place the order was extremely helpful. He told me I needed a line-set and some other items but said I could purchase those locally or from e-Comfort.
At no time did I feel pressured. The unit was delivered on time and we hired a contractor to come and install the unit. The contractor worked most of Saturday May 22. Sadly the unit didn't work. It had a blown fuse on the main board. He called e-Comfort and they said a new one would be shipped to us immediately. I spoke with Victor and Pavel on Monday May 24. They did not have an extra board in stock and it was going to take another 3 weeks to get one from Fujitsu. Rather than keeping us waiting they pulled a board from one of their other units to ship to us. Victor worked late to accomplish this. I told him how hot and humid it was and also our contractor was leaving for a month to visit his father in New York who has cancer. The board came and although we had to hire another contractor to put it in (the first one left before we received the new board), everything worked great. I feel it is important to let people know that e-ComfortUSA not only sells great products for a great price but they provide outstanding customer service. They went above and beyond to help us. They followed up with phone calls to make sure we received the new part and that everything was working. They patiently answered my questions and addressed my concerns. They were very pleasant and did a great job of taking care of us. I highly recommend e-ComfortUSA to everyone. Customer service is mostly non-existant with most companies today. No so with this one. I hope everyone will consider purchasing products from them. They are absolutely TERRIFIC!!!!"
"Wow, what a lame company. They are very good at getting back to you when you want to place an order, but once the order is placed you may as well forget ever hearing back from them. I ordered a fairly expensive ($1500) heat exchange ventilator from them. They immediately charged my card and two days later emailed me that the item had been shipped. However, they will not provide a tracking number. Of course, two weeks later, still no merchandise. In an effort to find out where this is at or what is happening I have been trying to get them to simply give me the tracking number. I have been emailing them for over a week. No response. I have been calling them 2-3 times a day for over a week. Not only is there no response, but all I can get is an answering machine. The last couple days I can't even get onto their website. Either their server is down or they have moved on and are now running scams somewhere else. After numerous attempts to contact them, I finally had to call my credit card company and put this charge in dispute. It would seem that there is enough business on the internet that a company like this would be more concerned with the long run, but these guys seem pretty fly by night. I googled reviews for this company and came up with many, many people who have had similar experiences. Be forewarned.
