"After a nightmare month of trying to get a system of ducts and a traditional system into my practically atticless 1950's Austin, TX house, I was at the end of my rope. The AC guy told me to buy a ductless mini split and tried to sell me one for almost $800 more than e-comfort, plus charge another good chunk of change to install it. After researching online and talking to your customer service department, I politely told him to leave.
He was sort of right, though. The ductless system is great, even in the high heat (though living with 20-year-old window units likely isn't a great comparison). Haven't tried the heat part yet, but I'm sure it will be great.
I have to say this was a great buying experience that saved me TONS of cash, not to mention being able to deal with nice and knowledgeable people who weren't trying to make an extra buck at my expense. Would recommend to anyone and would certainly buy from here again."

"Well i placed an order almost one month ago and have yet to receive the goods. It's not completely E-comfort's fault because UPS did come to my door with the package but they also wanted $100 for delivery. They had no paperwork to justify the expense so i politely refused the delivery. The driver agreed that he should have had paperwork and promised to return. So far no show. I've had co-operative discussions with e-Comfort but little by way of follow-up.
Still waiting.

UPS had returned the package to e-Comfort without attempting a redelivery. e-comfort contacted me and offered to resend using Fedex. I decided to have the shipment directed to my brother who lives in USA as he is planning to come up for a visit this summer. Two days later he had the package in hand.
My final thoughts, Rene at e-comfort did her best to recover from the debacle. UPS needs customer service training. I will buy from e-comfort again but will focus on the delivery details. "

"e-ComfortUSA.com had the best price for the product that I wanted, I thought. The ordering process was easy and the product was shipped in a timely manner. When I opened the package I read the application for the product that I ordered, which was an expansion tank for a hot water system. I needed a tank for a residential water heater, their tank was for a closed boiler system and not for a water heater. I immediately contacted customer service and explained what happened, from there it's been down hill ever since. This order was shipped to me on 5/10/11, after waiting for a RMA authorization number I return shipped the tank on 5/19/11, they received the tank on 5/20/11. Today is 5/27/11 and I have not heard from them, and I have not received a refund yet. My water heater job is still on hold waiting for the outcome.
Since posting this review e-ComfortUSA.com contacted me on 5/31/11 and informed me that there was a type 'O' on the RMA number that was assigned to my return and that they had corrected the problem and issued a refund, also they would get me the correct expansion tank for my application and expedite the shipping, let's see what happens.
Final entry, e-ComfortUSA.com e-mailed me on 6/1/11 with a tracking number for the replacement expansion tank, I received the replacement on 6/2/11. They were nice enough to give me a reduced price and expidited shipping. Any retailer can make a mistake, the true test is if they will make it right, e-ComfortUSA.com did make it right.
