I orderes at 8:00 am via the internet, I spoke to the live chat person about expidited shipping and was told it 2would ship that day ups ground and would be at my home thur or fri at the latest. I then called and spoke to customer service to make sure it would ship monday and was in stock. they confirmed it was in stock as of 10:00 am and was infack in shipping.

Their website was good and I found a wealth information regarding mini-split systems and detailed specifications for each unit available through e-ComfortUSA. "Bought an "indirect" water heater from e-Comfort online. Not your typical purchase, right? Well, as it turns out indirect water heaters (not electric, gas or oil) are hard to find. Home Depot and Lowes each had only one in stock, (wrong size) and each store's clerks didn't know anything about them.
e-Comfort had a wide choice of quality heaters and offered free shipping. Their communication was excellent, the delivery to my house was scheduled when I could be here and the driver (Joe) was courteous and helpful.
All-in-all, an excellent (albeit unusual) experience!"
"DO NOT PURCHASE FROM E-COMFORTUSA.com. They provided merchandise (Rinnai R98LSI)that does not operate and they refuse to exchange the merchandise. After many attempts to get them to exchange my Rinnai unit, they have stopped returning my emails and phone calls. Their customer service is poor and unresponsive. Not a reputable company."
