"I am a contractor here in Alaska and anytime I order anything online I order it to be shipped red. Thier website said free shipping. Alaskans normally get charged anyway so I expected this. Thier website did not have the option to ship any other way other than free. I had ordered this item with enough time if they slow boated it to me I would be ok. I didn't get an email till the next day indicating there was a problem. I call in to find they don't ship to Alaska for free. Well ok fine. Get it to me right away I ask and add a taco 404 zone controller to the order. She didn't know what it was and transfered me to a "tech". He found the item and then let me know only she could add it to the order. He transferes me back I only get a voice mail. I leave a message to add it to the order and ship it immediatly. I never got a call back and I still have a charge on my account for the product I will never see in time to satisfy my customer. I will be asking for a refund and never using them again.
Update: I did get a refund for the product. I hope they fix whatever problem they are having. I like options and if these guys work through the minor problems they are having they would be a good option again. "

"Being on a tight schedule, I wrote e-Comfort two e-mails, making sure they had the proper parts, and that they could ship promptly. They wrote back in a timely and efficient manner, so I put in the order. They even shipped a day earlier than they had said they could. Unfortunately, they neglected to send the most important part of the kit, the shower base, which necessitated my calling them, explaining the situation, and convincing them to ship it out in a timely manner, since , due to this mistake, I was already put two days behind on the job. To their credit, they did overnite it to me, and i DID get it, two days later. Would I shop here again? Probably. Would i recommend them to others? Probably. Mistakes happen, and e-Comfort did a pretty good save.."
