"I ordered all brushed nickel bathroom accessories on efaucets.com to go with the shower door I ordered. As renovations always go, the door installed was not the one I originally ordered (from a small local store, not from efaucets), and I was told the one I originally ordered was discontinued, and I couldn't replace it. I immediately called faucets.com and the customer service return rep quickly set up a return for orders that have been shipped, cancel the part of the order which hasn't, and even made sure to waive the restocking fee since I was going to reorder everything I already ordered in chrome. Quick and very helpful.
Just make sure to have a few minutes to make the phone calls. The reps are quick, but there is a few minutes wait time before your call gets answered.
The shipping for what is in stock, which is significantly more than their competitors, and within their control is quite fast... and I have yet to find their prices to be beat!"

"I placed two orders on a Thursday mid afternoon, of in-stock items, with eFaucets and paid for second day air (almost $100 in expedited shipping). I was told by the rep that I would received my orders by Saturday. I did not receive shipping confirmations with tracking numbers, the rep provided me incorrect information about their shipping policies, and none of my products arrived on time. In fact, even with two day shipping, some of my products are not due in for five business days. I was told that this happened because one of the locations did not ship out on time. Instead of refunding me the 2 day shipping, they refunded me the difference between 2 day and 3 day shipping ($12.00).
The delay in shipping cost me $150 in a plumber's visit because the products were not there. I am very unhappy with the way my order was handled and I would caution everyone to be wary if you need your products quickly. In my opinion, eFaucets should have sent the products next day air (on them) since they messed up. That's what a customer-service oriented company does if they want to retain their customers."
